We fight for the rights of the disabled. We strive to ensure that businesses are accessible to those with disabilities and their service animals. We cause businesses to modify their properties to become accessible, and change their policies to accomodate the disbaled.
We practice throughout all of California and Nevada. We litigate cases in both federal and state court. Throughout this process, we are with our clients every step of the way.
We can help you too.

The ADA and related state laws provide for the following types of relief:
When you win your case, you will be entitled to all of the above forms of relief. Our firm charges nothing upfront.
You have a limited time to file a lawsuit. If you have been discrminated against, and don't act now, you may be giving up your rights in court. If you delay you may be giving up your rights forever. You can learn your rights through a free consultation. It is best to know all your options.
Other disabled individuals may be facing the same discrimination as you. When you fight for yourself, you are fighting for all disabled individuals.
